Making the props for the streetfighter

 The props for the streetfighter are one katana and one music box, which are obviously hard surface objects, which is why I have decided to make them in max. I asked some friends that do environments at university to give me some advice regarding how to model them and optimise them.




I ended up chamfering all the necessary edges so that I am not going to need a high poly for the bake. Since these are static meshes, I don t have to worry about topology, the only important thing being retaining the geometry while optimising the tri count as much as possible.
